Single Gloucester
Single Gloucester is a pasteurised full fat hard cheese with a natural mouldy rind. Production of this cheese at Hunts Court began in 1978. The cheese has a mild and slight lactic flavour making an excellent toasting cheese. This cheese in 1997 was given Protected Designation of Origin, being only made in Gloucestershire on farms with pedigree herds of Old Gloucester cattle.
