Tomme de Savoie is a hard cheese made from raw cow’s milk. Its natural rind which can present different coloured moulds envelops a smooth yet firm body with small openings. A genuine mountain cheese from the precipitous and cragged valleys of Savoy with a taste which is as close to the earth as it is fruity with a subtle note of hazelnut.
