Isle Of Mull is a traditional mature Cheddar type cheese made with raw cow's milk

100% Produced on a family farm of the West Coast of Scotland. Using the local natural resources, Wind and rain for the electricity and the local managed forests for heat while the cows also get the draff, a by-product from the local distillery.
Exciting, lingering, Fruity Flavours sometimes with an almost alcoholic tang.
