You'd be surprised how many people hurt themselves each year by accidentally stabbing their hand with an oyster knife whilst trying to prise the shell open! So the oyster lovers at ZU have developed this ingenious Breton Oyster Clamp. Made from the finest Grade 1 Beechwood, it is exceptionally strong and well finished in a traditional French design.
This clamp wedges the oyster securely allowing complete control during opening. We supply the clamp with a high quality French oyster knife made by Sabatier. Detailed instructions on how to open oysters using the knife and clamp are included in each box.
The oyster clamp and knife are attractively packaged in a protective cardboard box with a separate fitting to hold the knife in place. The box is hand stamped with the ZU logo and contents. Sterilised shredded paper is used to surround the products and keep them secure.
