Made in the valley of León from cow´s and goat´s pasteurised milk. From cured to semicured cheese.Irregular, rough and dark grey rind. Its inside is close and soft texture and grooved by “corridors”where white and gree-blue mould grows. Strong flavour, aromatic, full fat and buttery taste
