We stock a huge range of meat and game terrines either in 1.5 or 1.6 kilo turn out tubs, the most popular of our terrines are the extremely competitively priced 1 kilo loaf shape. These are easy to cut and portion control and are ideal for both the smaller user and large functions alike. If frozen they have up to a two week shelf life chilled from defrost.
Some fresh speciality terrines from Rougie are very popular especially around Christmas time foremost of which is the Pheasant terrine with girolle, goose terrine with mustard and the duck terrine with with chestnuts - and don't forget the foie gras terrines, both duck and goose!!
More locally are the range of terrines we stock from Caerphilly - handmade and simply delicious such as the Ham hock and parsley roulade and chicken liver terrine with Penderyn Whiskey.
The layered vegetable terrine is a firm favourite as a vegetarian offering and a pressed mixed seafood terrine or the salmon, dill and lobster terrine is a must for the fish starter.
