Munster Géromé La Tradition du Bon Fromage is a soft cheese made from raw cow’s milk with a soft-washed rind and a strong taste and odour. It comes from the Vosges mountain range in the Alsace-Lorraine region of France and has been protected by the Appellation d’Origine Protégée (AOP) seal of approval since 1969.
The easiest, and no less delicious, way to enjoy Munster cheese is to serve it with bread or hot potatoes in the skin and salad or, with roasted potatoes. Many people love it seasoned with a little caraway.
